Alton Village Realty, formerly known as Christine O'Brien Real Estate LLC, opened its doors at 5 Monument Square in Alton, NH on January 1, 2017 as a single agent brokerage specializing in bank owned/ government owned property. Over the years we have eagerly welcomed new agents into our office and currently stand as a team of five ready to help with all of your local real estate needs. 

Led by Principal Broker and Owner Christine O'Brien who brings just over 20 years of experience selling real estate to the table, our team is encouraged to think outside of the box and try new/ emerging marketing techniques.

While we are a small fish in a big pond, we are firm believers in the concept that it is the individual agent, their attitude, and work ethic that are the true drivers in a successful real estate transaction and not the size of company/ name on the sign. 

As of September of 2023, we've made a transition to a cloud-based brokerage from our large office space at Monument Square. Since Covid (and really significantly before Covid), the way real estate is bought and sold has significantly changed.  Most tasks are performed online and at properties of interest, rather than inside a brick and mortar office. With this in mind, it made sense to cut unnecessary expenses so we could focus on expanding our digital footprint and improving our customer's online experience.
